Great overall experience. Modern brand-new place with favourable location so close to the mall. Good sized rooms with glass window. Personable staff in the whole hotel.

The hotel rooms are exceptionally comfortable with a double bed. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect and the staff is extremely friendly👍👌

great access to parks and dining for weekend explorers

I loved how close Parque Carlos Alberto de Souza was at just around 1.5 km. There were numerous good dining options like Pizza Hut and Outback Steakhouse a few steps away for convenience after a day of exploring. The experience was marred a bit by issues with room key cards, which required multiple trips to the front desk.

Recommend for a transient visit

Pleasant staff, excellent restaurant, with a very good selection of breakfast items including fresh fruits, cereals, and even the option of an omelette that was offered by the attentive waiters Jon and Uvaron. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping malls and supermarkets and just 67 km from the nearest airport.

Swipe cards worked poorly, necessitating multiple trips to the front desk for assistance. TV in room was non-functional, leading to additional frustration during stay!!!

Family vacation, nice experience

The hotel staff was helpful, going out of their way to prepare a fresh, custom omelette for breakfast. The huge windows in the room gave a nice view.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the service, it was an acceptable price.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of fresh fruits and a waiter who offered to make omelettes. The staff were very helpful, especially in the restaurant. The clean room was a plus. Unfortunately, the pizza we ordered was mediocre, and the lack of certain amenities detracted from the experience.

It was just a proper fit for a little getaway in Sorocaba with excellent value. The staff were helpful and accommodating when we needed extra towels. Make sure to check the breakfast hours before planning your morning.

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting places like the Quinzinho de Barros Municipal Zoo and local shopping centers. The staff was friendly and the pool area was great. Next time, I'd recommend checking out the breakfast options-they were really good!

The only downside was an issue with the Wi-Fi. It was pretty spotty sometimes, frustrating when we needed to plan our day.

Comfortable Stay with Great Dining Options

Enjoyed a cozy stay with lovely ambiance at the bar and restaurant. The breakfast offered a good variety, perfect for fueling up for a busy day. Proximity to the mall. Arrive early for best access to driveway if you're with a car.

The hotel was great and excellent and overlooked street. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to the personable and amicable staff of this property. - There were a dining area, a work desk, and a couch bed in my family apartment. - the decor was great and the atmosphere was family! - Location: the hotel was close enough to the best mall of Sorocaba.

The location of the hotel was marvelous, right in the middle of Jackson. the staff members were very personable and friendly.
